life and death

Yesterday there was a brief patch of sun and the crabapple, cherry and magnolia trees were out in full force. So gorgeous.

And here, a picture of a weird freaky note that I found on the ground in Inman Square near the back entrance to S&S. Not sure how to interpret it...
